Inner Circle is free to download and limited features can be used without a subscription.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your settings in the iTunes Store. If you choose not to subscribe for a membership, you can simply continue using and enjoying Inner Circle for free.

How much does Inner Circle cost?
Inner Circle has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is $42.79.
The app will not work on iPhone without WiFi. The support team lacks answers for it besides install/uninstall the app or check if the app is allowed to use data on cellular. The response I got was “everything is fine on our end”. However, all other apps work fine on my phone, only this one won’t connect. Other users told me the exact same thing, yet the team doesn’t want to admit they have an issue and work on it. I’m a paid user and do not recommend using the app until the issue is fixed.

This application needs a lot so it must improve because the approval process is confusing and I think they really don't have a basis or specific reason why they don't approve your application they simply show you that you haven't been accepted and without further explanations I think you can do a better job than that… :)

Too many changes
Used the app during the last year, too many changes, now you can’t even chat with your matches without paying. Ridiculous

Scam dating app
You can only see read or send messages if you pay; then, when paid, the shock, there is no one in the city, or the metro city you lives yes, they take your money knowing that you won’t be able to find a match. How do you call it? Scam, right?
I live in NE USA and see scattered profiles, and they are from places as varied as Austin, Oakland, New Jersey, Amsterdam, Rome, Sao Paulo, etc. never around. Never
My experience with Innercircle
I created a profile and submitted a picture of my face. Within half an hour I received an email from Innercircle saying that I had been denied and that they would not be accepting my application at this time. There were no further details. Thanks for making me want to cry today. I did the facial verification and it matched my photo, however I’m left to make up my own reason as to why it was denied. Maybe I am too ugly. Maybe I am not wealthy enough. Maybe there is a social credit system in the United States that uses facial recognition. Maybe I have terrible social credit. Either way I would not recommend you use this app.
