## Inner (Official) Description
Some people find Inner by accident.
Most find it because something in them was already looking.

Inner is a lucid dreaming and consciousness app built for people who want to go further into the aware dream, the threshold between waking and sleep, and the deeper territory of conscious experience.

Prepare while awake.
Construct your night.
Carry awareness across the threshold.
Recognize the dream.
Bring back what remains.

Inner combines guided practice, psychoacoustic sound design, evolving audio environments, recognition cues, and dream reflection into one system for exploring lucid dreaming and conscious sleep.

Inside Inner:
Overnight Journeys — construct an evolving night around your intention, environment, duration, feel, and recognition signal.
Lucid Journeys — practices for preparing awareness, approaching the threshold, and developing lucid recognition.
Lucid Signal — condition a recognition cue while awake and carry it into the night as a reminder to question the dream.
The Chambers — immersive guided journeys for awareness, altered states, and conscious exploration.
The Garden — atmospheric soundscapes for sleep, focus, stillness, and inner exploration.
Dream Log — capture dreams and lucid experiences before the details fade.
Guides & Practices — explore lessons on lucid dreaming, out-of-body experiences, foundations, and the threshold between waking and sleep.
Live Mix — shape your own sound environment with tones, entrainment, noise, and evolving environments.

Inner isn't built around streaks, scores, or pressure to perform.
Practice while awake. Explore while asleep. Return with something.

Move Inner.
