Little point of having this app where the pick up is not aligned with the apps calendar!

We know when our rubbish is collected - every week. The clean up dates would be the only thing that makes this app worthwhile. Delete.

Downloaded the app then when the information for my street couldnt be added i had to delete it. No point if your street in your suburb cannot be found.

The app is a great on for people to understand how to dispose of their waste in the inner west. Just wish it had further info on plastics, listing the numbers like this site sydney.edu.au/environment-institute/blog/recycling-plastics-wrong/ as that provides a lot of clarity.

Received the last paper brochure saying use the app. Whilst it seems reminders can be set for weekly bin collection, it misses the point in the brochure “don’t miss your next clean up.” You cant set reminders for these.

Useless! A great example of how to complicate simple information and degrade the service to the public for alleged savings. Badly in need of sensible re-writing.
