## Innotech Scale Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t create an account"
The app quit giving me history, so I deleted it and reloaded. Now it wants me to login. My old password doesn’t work, and it errors when I try to create a new login. There hasn’t been an update for four years. The app is now useless. Zero stars?
-- notconfigured, 2026-06-11

### *---- "What happened?"
I can no longer log into my app or get to my past readings. The app is no longer available in the App Store. What a rip off.
-- Dissatisfied TSC Customer, 2026-06-10

### *---- "Company was sold"
I paid extra money for this specific scale to get specifics on my health across time. It now only shows specifics directly after you step on the scale. My history over several years is totally gone. I found out online a company is no longer in existence.
-- Hummingbird7, 2026-06-07

### *---- "Stopped pairing"
It worked great at first but now the app is just frozen. I’ve taken the batteries out, restarted Bluetooth, and reinstalled the app. Definitely upset!!!
-- u86r7err, 2026-06-06

### *---- "Cannot login to app as of May 2026"
After using this app for several years successfully suddenly in the last month, I have not been able to log into the app.

I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I cannot get it to accept my username or password. The “Forgot password” functionality does not work.

All links I found on web to Innotech are 404 pages not found.

Did this company go out of business and shut down its servers? How do we contact the company?

Apple should flag this app in the App Store for developer review.
-- aple2e, 2026-06-05

### *---- "No longer working. Data deleted"
After using the app for 3 years all of my data was deleted. No 7 day, 4 week, or 1 year data. Nothing. Logged out to log back in and an error message pops up. Forgot password? Error message. Deleted the app and re-downloaded and I can’t log in.
-- VashStarIV, 2026-06-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
No updates in 3 years, the app doesn’t work
-- s100i29, 2026-06-02

### ***-- "Great scale, but the app needs work"
The scale worked great but the app has no way of recovering your password. It doesn’t recognize my email address and will not send me a recovery password to reset it. There’s no other information on how to get a hold of anyone so essentially the scale is useless now.
-- Cindy0723, 2026-06-02

### *---- "Stopped working"
This app worked great until it didn’t. It randomly started showing weight in kg. I opened the battery section and toggled the switch, but that didn’t fix it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but then, I couldn’t log back on. There is no way to reset password or even set up a new account. No way to message for help or contact anyone. It’s like they just stopped servicing the app. Horrible product.
-- MattGel, 2026-05-31

### *---- "Just stopped working"
I’ve owned the scale for years. Today suddenly it just started acting erratic. I removed the batteries and put them back in and removed the app and reinstalled it. Now I can’t seem to login. I wonder if a new version of the app is coming out soon?
