## INOW Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Working well"
Others have reported an inability to connect but I followed the instructions and was able to connect successfully. Was also able to share with my wife so she can turn the heating up (after I turn it down ;)
-- Jools from Reigate UK, 2024-12-14

### **--- "No support"
The company has been dissolved in the companies house register. Don’t expect any updates anytime soon. It’s a clunky app at best. Somehow I’ve managed to pair our radiators but control of them seems hit and miss. I think the companies selling these rads should be updating their PR and not refer to iNow and their rads being compatible.
-- jon.1289, 2024-11-13

### ***** "Works for me"
I was a bit worried about connecting after reading some reviews but mine connected first time. I’m running both 2.4 and 5 but this was not an issue.
All the functions seem to work well but not tried the timer yet
-- Tattie07, 2024-09-25

### *---- "Terrible"
Pairing not working. Not intuitive.
-- AndrewErr, 2024-08-19

### *---- "No connectivity"
Just won’t connect no Matt what we try. Also this seems to only work with 2.4 ghz wifi.
-- stechan49, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Unable to pair with device"
Frankly impossible to pair with my heater!! Can see others have the same issue wish you would improve this as makes the app unusable!
-- Jacgav, 2024-05-13

### *---- "Dreadful in every conceivable way"
Pairing is dire
UX is borderline unusable
Help files are usesless.

The dumbest of smart devices. What I’d give for some physical buttons on a device.
-- Tobitm, 2024-04-17

### *---- "Dreadful"
The pairing process is the worst of any smart home device I own. Multiple tries, connected to 2.4Ghz network, all easily in range etc. etc.
There is no meaningful support from INOW.
The single device I wish I’d never bought.
-- Kay-Jay, 2024-04-03

### ***** "Works perfectly"
Installed the wireless element into our bathroom radiator. Looks great. The app paired first time and it’s so easy to schedule in times for on and off. So simple. Looks great and the app is easy to use.
-- LincsAP, 2023-12-16

### *---- "Useless"
This app is as good as chocolate teapot, tried so many times to program to my radiator, have now decided it’s better for my mental health just to switch on and off manually. Would have given no stars if possible.
