Honestly, this is so terrible i’m scared for all the people that use this app. I went to the lockers to try and pick up some packages, and firstly, i typed my phone number in and it said that a message has been sent to my mail/sms. guess what?It never came. i waited there for about 10 minutes for it to come but still no message- bear in mind i had to drive 20 minutes just to get to the lockers. Anyway, Secondly, The QR codes don’t work and i never ended up getting the package which i really needed. It ended up not working at all and i had to drive all the way back without the package. THIRD OF ALL I then got a notification saying that the package has been sent back to the owner and if i want it id have to buy it again. I also got a notification about how i cant appeal because it is my fault i didn’t get the package from the lockers. 4 words, NEVER USING THIS AGAIN!!! -- The first time have a chance, 2025-06-17 ### *---- "No redirection" I bought something from Vinted, the seller posted in plenty of time was supposed to arrive on the Tuesday. Because of a locker malfunction and thereafter full lockers I couldn’t collect my parcel until Sunday. I contacted customer services to ask for redirection because of the issue they said it wasn’t possible (even though there was a locker 100m away).
