Posted a package at a locker it never arrived they passed the buck with Vinted so buyer got a refund I ended up with a stolen parcel. Will notify the police but not expecting to see the package again. I thought they had cameras that they could check but seems they can’t be bothered.

Very unprofessional

Bought a coat 16th November from Vinted, a month in advance for christmas and Inpost have been telling me, “It is stuck inside a locker and technicians are working on it as we speak” for a month and still no coat. Tracking hasn’t updated and at this point it probably wont be here by christmas.

So easy and very handy pick up and drop off 24 hrs. Great !!!

Bad bad bad unprofessional

It said there are available spaces for all sizes, went to the locker and they only had extra small! I needed medium or large so now I have to carry it back with me. The live tracker is A LIE!!! DON’T TRUST IT! InPost, fix your availability because your app is useless without it. Delete.

This app does not work for me

I can’t amplify the word wow. They have a new remote Collection process where you can open your locker without getting out of your car. I’m astonished how technology has made things so simpler

Never received my package and also there’s no proof of where it got delivered either

When lockers work correctly, this app works well, but if you find a locker that’s not working , there’s no way to report this other than calling Inpost - which can be done without the app as the support phone number is shown on locker screen. I would like 1)ability to report faulty lockers in real time 2) ‘Smart’ notifications from the app that let you know if you have a parcel waiting and also if the locker is working correctly. I’ve just had 2 wasted trips to attempt to collect a parcel from my local locker.
