## INR Tagebuch Description
Die INR Tagebuch App hilft Ihnen bei der Dokumentation Ihrer Antikoagulation-Medikation. Verwalten Sie alle INR-Messungen. Legen Sie die tägliche Dosis Ihres Blutverdünnermedikamentes (Marcumar oder Falithrom....) für eine bestimmte Zeitdauer fest. Sie können Einzeldosen oder Mehrfachdosen hinzufügen. Sie können die Dosis in Anzahl der Tabletten oder in Milligramm angeben. Die App weist Sie durch ein Symbol in der Benachrichtigungszeile darauf hin, Ihre tägliche Dosis zur selbst festgelegten Zeit zu nehmen.


Tippen Sie auf die Anzeigeinformation Ihrer täglichen Dosis, um zu bestätigen, dass Sie die festgelegte Dosis des Medikamentes genommen haben. Der Zeitstempel der Bestätigung wird in der App gespeichert. Dadurch können Sie feststellen, ob und zu welchem ​​Zeitpunkt Sie die Dosis genommen haben.

Die App zeigt Ihnen den Wert der letzten INR-Messung und stellt in einem Balkendiagramm, die letzten 10 Werte grafisch dar. Die App erinnert Sie auch daran, wann eine neue INR-Messung geplant ist.

Dosis und INR Daten können exportiert oder importiert werden.

### ***** "Sehr gute und einfache App"
Ich nutze diese App nun schon seit einigen Jahren ohne Probleme. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu kritisieren ausser seit der Version 2.3.0 wurde die Zeiteingabe bei der nachträglichen Änderung der Zeit der Medikamenten Einnahme verschlimmbessert. Vorher war die Eingabe der Zeit genial einfach mit einem Finger möglich. Warum diese Änderung erfolgt ist bleibt ein Rätsel? Schade!

Tolle Idee und sehr gute Umsetzung. 
Diese papierlose App mit Erinnerungsfunktion, einfacher Datenerfassung sowie der transparenten Darstellung von INR-Verlauf und den eingenommenen Dosen erleichtert die Therapie ungemein.

Heute habe ich diese App gekauft und bin schon begeistert. 

Ich habe in den letzten Wochen festgestellt, dass mein INR nicht mehr gepasst hat. Nicht weil meine Ernährung so abenteuerlich ist oder ich Medikamente nehmen muss, sondern weil ich es schlicht und einfach vergessen habe. 

Zu früh auf der Couch eingeschlafen, dann ins Bert gegangen, Marcumar vergessen. Wer kennt es nicht: Ich hab heute doch Marcumar genommen oder war das letzte Mal gestern? Und meistens ist man während man es nimmt abgelenkt. 

Dank der App passiert mir das nicht mehr. Die Erinnerung kommt wie eingestellt. Ich hab die Dosen festgelegt und eingestellt und ich werde jetzt auch an die INR Messungen erinnert, die ich auch öfter habe schleifen lassen, weil ich meinen Wert sehr leicht einstellen kann und er kaum Schwankungen unterliegt. Es seidenn ich vergesse es mal wieder zu nehmen. 😅

Die App hat sich für mich jetzt schon gelohnt und ist sein Geld absolut wert, vielen Dank für die Arbeit 🙂

### ***** "Genau das was ich gesucht habe!"
Lange habe ich nach einer fähigen App gesucht! „Leider“ ist der INR Wert noch nicht so wichtig und bekannt wie zum Beispiel der Blutzuckerspiegel. 
Daher gibt es kaum bis gar keine Auswahl!
Daher habe ich es riskiert und einfach mal blind gekauft. Was soll ich sagen? Besser geht es nicht! Ich nutze diese App erst einen Tag, aber würde diese sofort wieder kaufen! Jeden Cent wert! Endlich entfällt das blöde mitschleppen des Heftchens und man hat alles digital, auch für Besuche beim Arzt!
Ich hoffe, die App bleibt lange bestehen und vielleicht sogar mal mit einem Update (falls mal nötig) aktualisiert!
