Reverts to previous trip
App keeps reverting to previous trip (while I am at the destination of previous trip.) I pressed End but it keeps going back. Other than that I like the app better than Google Maps etc.

Why doesnt this app list the exit numbers like Mapquest and google maps, that would be a huge help. If i drop pins to my route i dont want you to calculate another route for me just follow my pin drops !
I have the Pro and twice it has tried to send us (class A 30’ pulling a Jeep) down dirt roads in the mountains of Colorado. I expect that from Google but I paid for this app to specifically keep that from happening. Now I can’t trust this app and we are on the road for 2 1/2 months more.
As a delivery driver, I rely on InROUTE to get me to my stops efficiently. However, the app's routing often has me making too many Uturns, which is a major pain in a truck. I end up wasting time and fuel constantly having to turn around. A feature to minimize unnecessary Uturns would be a game changer for those of us who drive commercial vehicles for a living. The current routing just doesn't account for the size and maneuverability limitations we face. I'm giving 3 stars because the app is generally reliable, but the lack of Uturn avoidance is a serious shortcoming. I hope the developers will consider adding this functionality in a future update. Until then, I'll be looking for alternative navigation apps that better suit the needs of delivery drivers like myself.
Need to add exit numbers
Just started using this app and I’m basically a pro at it already! We like motorcycle trips. We stop every 45 minutes or so to relax and grab a beverage. With this app, I can set a route, include stops AND tell it about how long I am planning to “layover” at each stop. I can tell it what time I’m leaving the house and it will calculate what time I will arrive at my final destination, including my layover times in the trip! Also I love that you can search around any of the layover locations for restaurants, gas, etc. If you add in another stop while planning your trip, it will recalculate your route. You can save these routes so I’m getting a lot of planning done, and this app has made it enjoyable! There are also options to choose windy roads, avoid freeways, and it even lets you have the option of telling the app how many mph you plan on driving over the marked speed (my husband has a hard time with speed limits and it can throw off arrival times)🤣 I am quite pleased and will definitely upgrade in the future if we take more trips. For now, this hasn’t cost anything and has given me so much. Very pleased! I cannot say enough good things about it. Immediately just download it you won’t regret it!
I’m an oversize load truck escort and this is the most valuable tool in my arsenal for leading my truck to its destination. Following a specific permit route is a breeze with this app. I even had trouble disabling tolls at first and the developer responded with instructions. Love this. Will stay subscribed as long as I work in the trucking industry.
I found that this is the best app for RV safe routes. It is much more reliable then similar apps that I’ve tried. It helps me to find rest areas and gas stations Along the route. I highly recommend it!
InRoute is better than using Google Maps or Ride With GPS for planning for and driving on group drives such as auto club outings. It allows for up to 150 waypoints, placed with either a search tool or simply dropping a pin wherever you want a destination or via waypoint to be, it automatically creates an offline route map so you can keep navigating in areas with limited or absent connectivity, it keeps the route available if you stop somewhere or turn your phone off and then back on, and it doesn’t try to change your route to a faster or “better” one unless you want it to. Thus, it avoids so many of the problems when using Google Maps for scenic country drives where you want to maintain more control and need a lot of waypoints. The actual navigation is based on Apple Maps. One of its nicest features is that if you make an unplanned stop, it keeps the route intact, and if you reload InRoute, it will recognize that you are not at the start and ask if you want to resume at the next appropriate waypoint. Another great feature is that you can distinguish between destination waypoints and via (pass through) waypoints. When using via waypoints you should place them just after where you want to make a turn. Otherwise you will not get turn-by-turn instructions at the turn. InRoute can export its routes in various ways to other navigation programs. There are some limitations. InRoute can export its routes to Google Maps or Apple Maps but only one segment (via or destination) at a time. Would be much more convenient if it would transfer the whole route. The most important limitatation is that InRoute only works on Apple devices. This has the big advantage of making it Car Play compatible and allows coordinated use across Apple phones, iPads and Macs, but does not allow for use with Android based systems. Also, you must upgrade to the Premium version to get use of 150 waypoints (base version limited to only 8) and iCloud interchangability. This is well worth it though. I have had difficulty getting iCloud interconnectivity to work between my iPhone and iPad but have been able to output a file to One Drive from one device and then import a route on another. Overall, I am very pleased with this software and it has become my “Go To” software for auto club route planning and navigation.
This app has literally everything, you can even rename your stops and add notes and color coordinate them. If you are a trucker, delivery driver etc. you NEED this app. 10/10
