Eine Smartwatch oder ein Blutdruckmessgerät hilft bei dem Erfassen des Pulses; dies zu der Kritik von Juni. Die Übungen sind sehr leicht verständlich und sehr ausführlich beschrieben. Ich empfehle die App jedem, der noch Nachfolgen, nach einer viralen Erkrankung hat. Auch gibt es Atem- und Entspannungsübungen, welche allgemein interessant sind. -- Howard Dillier, 2024-05-27 ### *---- "Hilft nicht bei Long Covid" Was soll ich mit so einer App? Keine Ahnung, wie mein Puls ist. Muss ihn aber angeben. Keine Alltagsaktivitäten auswählbar usw. Unnütz, keine Unterstützung und auch kein Journal möglich. -- Die Hesse kommen, 2023-06-11 [View all INSELhealth reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## INSELhealth Discovered Keywords - insel health - inselhealth - cofit ## Apps Similar to INSELhealth - [Long-Covid Tagebuch](https://apptail.io/app/long-covid-tagebuch-LYR/switzerland) - [myFMH](https://apptail.io/app/myfmh-wHZb/switzerland) - [docdok.health](https://apptail.io/app/docdokhealth-XZhf/switzerland) - [MS mobile](https://apptail.io/app/ms-mobile-OuZg/switzerland) - [Cenplex](https://apptail.io/app/cenplex-yNUh/switzerland) - [Schwabe Pharma](https://apptail.io/app/schwabe-pharma-zuPk/switzerland) - [Pacing](https://apptail.io/app/pacing-mNpm/switzerland) - [Altea Care](https://apptail.io/app/altea-care-Mbro/switzerland) - [myInsel](https://apptail.io/app/myinsel-ffqp/switzerland) - [Fimo: Symptome & Gesundheit](https://apptail.io/app/fimo-symptome-gesundheit-njDp/switzerland) ## INSELhealth Available In - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/switzerland) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/belgium) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/bahrain) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/brunei) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/brazil) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/chile) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/algeria) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/france) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/croatia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/hungary) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/japan) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/netherlands) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/pakistan) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/sweden) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/turkey) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/ukraine) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/austria) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/inselhealth-cofit-INfg/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
