Areas for improvement
App cannot be navigated to other areas except for Notifications when you’re looking for the nearest branch (when the Google Maps is loaded). Branches are not visible on the map. Locations are redundant (Pulau Pinang & Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur & Wilayah Perseketuan. There is also Other location, but nothing is listed. This is also redundant.
Delicious Icecream & Excellent Customer Service
I went to redeem my birthday reward at Inside Scoop IOI City Mall. The application is smooth and no glitch at all. The Rocher flavour is to die for. Finally, the staff are very friendly & helpful to me and my husband. Thank you for making my day 🫶🏻
Can’t even sign up
OTP forever couldn’t receive fix up your apps man. Multiple customers having the same issue in your outlet
