Esta aplicação mudou a minha vida. A meditação tem esse poder. Tem uma oferta muito variada de meditações guiadas. Tem-me ajudado muito, seja a começar o dia com meditações inspiradoras ou simplesmente com o timer, seja a adormecer. Adoro e recomendo!!

RETIRARAM DINHEIRO ABUSIVAMENTE DO MEU CARTÃO NA APPLE!!! NÃO USEI A APP NUNCA COM PLANO PAGO!!! QUERO O MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA! I want my money back! I’m trying to talk with you through the app and you asked my name and email I gave it to you and after that you stay silent - at the moment that I said to you that I wanted my money back you stoped to respond me: THIS IS NOT CORRECT! IS THIS YOUR HONESTLY?! IS THAT YOUR “INSIGT TIMER “?

I was forced to update the app and was proposed a membership for 7€/ month that would give me a tailored meditation plan. It would be free for 7 days and I would also be notified before you charged my credit card. I was curious anout the tailored plan so I accepted - but the app seemed very similar, unlocking some parts but no tailored plan in sight, so I didn’t even return to use the app again. I now see you charged me 45€ for a year!!! This was a scam! You didn’t notify me of the billing as you said you would, nor did i ever agree to buying an annual subscription. And there is no one to talk or any means of reporting, complaining or having the money returned. Have been using it for free for years, and so i trusted the app and started the trial. Big mistake, it is deceiving and misleading.

Um excelente aplicativo

Uso faz anos e era mesmo o que precisava para registar o meu humor. Tem uma ferramenta óptima para fazer as meditações um timer ajustável às tuas próprias preferências. Tem toneladas de conteúdo gratuito e pago de riquíssima qualidade. Recomendo 100%

I love the app but due to what it says it’s a “server error” it doesn’t let me log in. It’s kinda annoying because I don’t want to lose my progress.

I mainly use it for sleep it let's me fall asleep within minutes

I really love the app and even free version is great and has enormous amount of practices (uncountable yoga nidra practices for example) and the “restriction” to move tracks forward actually helped me to be more present and calm and trust the full flow of each meditation. I switched to yearly subscription just to support the app and of course these glorious teachers I found here who helped me be more conscious, self compassionate, optimistic, and love myself and enjoy calm state of mind. Some of practices are pure gold and I listened to them many times. Just a small suggestion: Make nature sounds escapes (which are 8 hours long) in the Sleep section available to pause from built-in iOS multimedia controls from Lock Screen and from headphones. It is not convenient that I cannot pause them without opening the app. When I fall asleep I usually take off my headphones and simple meditations stop playing as any music in another app do, but this sleep nature sounds continue playing and there is no controls on the Lock Screen and when you almost asleep it is disturbing to open app and stop them from there.
