## InSite Parent Reviews in United States

### *---- "Lacks basic functionality"
Why is there no Forgot PW button? The app wouldn’t pull my bank info. So I deleted and redownloaded and now none of my PWs work when I’m 100% sure they’re correct. But there’s not even a reset PW button so I’m kicked out. There’s nowhere to ask for help.
-- ssaysana2019, 2025-07-21

### *---- "TERRIBLE"
Downloaded, signed in and screen just keeps “loading”. I can’t do anything on it. Absolutely terrible!!!! Not happy at all
-- K.A.S. 💜, 2025-01-15

### *---- "Nothing loads"
The only feature that works is the QR code. Payment, communication widgets etc all just continuously show as loading
-- Jamie-Suz, 2024-08-23

### **--- "Great when it works"
Constantly logs me out, so I have to enter username and password each time I pick my kid up. Defeats the purpose, I can just give them the PIN rather than use the app.
-- tk tpa, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Terrible for user"
This app lacks basic functionality. I have to log in every single time I go to use it, which is twice a day to check my kids in and out of school. It doesn’t remember username or password, and doesn’t have Face ID. I don’t understand why anyone would ever choose this app to do anything for their business. It’s frustrating to have to use.
-- MLuc1982, 2024-05-14

### *---- "Pls fix that constant logout issue"
useless if I have to login everytime I wanna use i
-- MVAKSC, 2024-05-12

### *---- "Please stop logging me out of the app everyday"
Please stop logging me out of the app everyday. So frustrating having to login in everyday suddenly.
-- Pok e ball, 2024-05-08

### **--- "Latest update broke autologin"
App is very basic, and now the latest update broke the only feature I liked which was autologin..
-- Nephew0903, 2024-05-08

### ***-- "Auto Login feature doesn’t work"
It would be great if the app could save my user ID or actually have an Auto login feature. The ideal would be to allow touch login. With a 12 digit password, I have to go into my password program to retrieve the password to copy in and then entering my full email address for my user ID is just as time consuming.
-- Muscleup2018, 2024-05-03

### *---- "I can’t wait for my kids to get older"
So I don’t have to use this app any more.
