I still can’t log into the app because it taking too long to load up on my iPad 8th generation and it needs to be updated so I can login to it

Great Cookies | Awful App

Insomnia has the best cookies around. But, this is the clunkiest app I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m literally just trying to give them my money and half the time I just give up halfway through placing an order. Needs a complete refresh

No tracking?!!!

How is it that this app consistently fail at tracking the location of the driver when they are delivering the cookies?

App not loading

App needs some love. Won’t load past a circling cookie—been this way for at least a month, maybe longer 😞

Bring back the old rewards program and fix the broken app

I much preferred the old program where points turned into dollars off my order The app is still as glitchy as ever. I would have chose tofu the app issues over changing the loyalty program. 1. Delivery notes needs to allow more than 150 characters. 2. Should be easier to change between delivery and pickup. Example I started a pickup order, wanted to change it to delivery,had to start the whole order over 3. The app crashed twice I was close to getting $10 off my order, now all I get is a free cookie. Woohoo 😕

Very disappointing change to rewards

Taking away the $10 cookie dough reward is heartbreaking. The new rewards structure makes each dollar you spend worth less. Please bring back the old structure :/

So many issues with the app, might be worst app I’ve used

Took away all my points

Prior to the new reward system I had cookie cash to be able to buy cookies. Now that is gone?

Jesus is coming back so repent so you don’t perish/ get thrown in the lake of fire

Don't use God in vain and share the gospel and repent and don't cuss its a sin and not forcing you to do it don't get drunk its a sin don't lie its a sin don't hate anyone its a sin
