Insomniac Events

Just downloaded this app for the first time since I went to EDC a couple years ago. Within 10 minutes it’s already crashed 3 times while trying to log in, and add artists to my schedule

Would love to use this app to its fullest potential but I can’t get past signing in. I’ve tried everything and it either closes down on me or won’t send a verification code. Please help!

Update: I told Radiate I left this review and they told me to change the stars and not be rude so I came back to edit :) Original: I think you should outsource your tech - like figure out how to have the Radiate app/team build or import stuff into your app! I feel like they have the best tech in the game and I met some of founders this weekend and they we super nice - told them I was going to leave this review in hopes Pasquale or someone sees it and reaches out to them about a collab! Teamwork makes the dreamwork - so come together for the community and make something great together!

So easy to look at my lineups and share it with my friends. Really cool feature they added. Don’t think I would’ve made it through edc without it!!

Where’s my wooks at!?

Loading times are slow and app always makes you press several times to go back to where you previously were. Needs to be faster especially when service is poor.

I could not sign in successfully. I’ve tried email, Apple, Facebook. nothing worked. I signed in, and then when I tried to add the set times to my favorite. the app asked me to sign in again and again and again…

I don’t know what the bug is, but it won’t allow me to sign in and heart the artist that I want to see every single time I try to sign in it just goes back to the original screen as if I had signed in and then tells me to sign in again it’s very annoying.
