I need to use Face ID anywhere from 2-6 times just to login to this abomination of an app.
Minimal “viable” products like this irk me to no end. I promise you, this is an issue with Inspira and their culture, not a problem with the string of short term developers called upon to maintain this mess.

Needs work, website is better
This app is fine for checking balances and doing simple money transfers. But paying a provider is nearly impossible. For example, I needed to switch between the Inspira app and another to collect the required information for making the payment. Every few times I’d switch, the app would log off and lose my information. After finally entering everything, it has an unknown error and wouldn’t submit the payment. I finally gave up and entered it successfully on the website. Lame…
Multiple login screens over and over and over
Trying to log in to this app but it’s just asks for username and password. Then will ask for username and password. Then will ask again over and over. It eventually gives a service error message and to try again later. This app is horrible.
Doesn’t work. Terrible
Constantly have to login and authenticate. It’s like you’re trying to have an app but went cheap on it. Once again, it logged me out. This is such an annoying app. Logs me out and doesn’t use apple passwords automatically. Can’t login. Apple passwords don’t work. Can’t log in to the app. Can’t log in. No apple password support. The login is junk. Total junk.
Worst financial app ever
1. Asks to use faced but then proceeds to log you in/out multiple times before you can get to your account
2. Must be using used servers from 2003. Takes forever for account details to load
3. Their software for aligning debit card purchases to medical claim frequently assigns the purchase to the wrong claim. Even call customer support they cannot assigned the purchase to the correct claim or disable this feature at the customers request. Basically, the debit card become useless.
Ruined the app
Buggy, slow, and redundant. They took a great app that worked and destroyed it.
Awful app
Extremely outdated functionality that requires investment in being updated. A private equity company bought out Payflex from CVS and clearly isn’t investing in technology…
Glitchy
Just trying to set up basic things like Face ID and verify transactions and it’s quite glitchy. Keeps showing mail notification even though I’ve viewed the the message. Once I submit a verification document I should easily be able to check status but it’s nowhere on the Home Screen and not easy to find. Disappointed that I’m stuck with it for healthcare transactions…maybe the desktop version is better.
Horrible UI
This app is almost useless for anything other than balance checking for my HSA. Transactions are not labeled whatsoever so for record keeping it’s difficult. All of this coupled by the fact that anytime you back out of looking at a transaction or momentarily switch apps to compare receipts, you have to completely log in again.
