### *---- "Ridiculous login"
This app is beyond ridiculous to login to. First I have to use Face ID to get my username to populate and then Face ID again to get my password to populate. After that the loading screen takes forever. It doesn’t matter if I am on WiFi or cellular data. If I am lucky I will get into my account. If not I get looped back to using Face ID for my username and once again for my password. Just AWFUL! It shouldn’t take multiple steps to get into my account. Face ID once for both username and password.

### **--- "Painful Login"
Logging in to the app (and the website on a cellphone) is painful.. Asks for a verification code after every 5 mins or so and then when you enter the verification code it shows a message saying that the code has expired however if you cancel out of the login and try again it no longer asks for the verification code.. (does this every time).
Website login on the phone even more painful as does the same thing as above in the app but does not seem to register the code when you try and login for the second time.
App itself is fine when you can get in..

Latest version of this app makes it difficult to login.  After putting in username and passwords and getting prompted for facial recognition screen flashes back and forth several times then I’m prompted to login again.  Has anyone tested this before releasing it?  It’s garbage

The app itself is already clunky to navigate with long load times between pages. However, it is absolutely infuriating to use because I have to sign in twice almost every time I open the app. No idea how an app in 2025 can’t figure out how to get their sign in to work correctly

### **--- "App is slow, buggy and should work better."
The app is constantly going into a sign-in loop.  When it does log in successfully, it’s slow and often takes awhile to show any information.  Finally, it should be easier to file claims for reimbursement, trying to upload a document that isn’t a picture taken from the app never works.  I often have to print documents for pictures instead of just uploading a screenshot.  I would use someone else if my company gave me a choice.
