I was waiting for secret menu items for a year and they still say coming soon! Why brag about something and not have it available. A timeline would be so nice.

The app works decently and the discount is worthwhile, but why can’t people modify meals?? Why can I add salmon to my Epic Asiago Chicken Caesar, but I can’t add extra chicken? It makes no sense.

This app sucks and inspired dining in general needs to get it together because I have multiple gift cards to use yet it only lets me order with one gift card per order… very inconvenient

Crashing and keyboard issues.

Hi Love the jacks at St John’s but the app I think needs support or just get rid of it I am a black member the highest I think and half of the items listed does not work Also the badges not working it’s not a big deal but still used to be able to pay from the app that doesn’t work anymore And the discounts never work properly I have 3 50% ones and it always takes the 10% ones Please address this or just let it go

Wanted to order dinner for pick up and downloaded the ap thinking it would be easier to order since Scaddabush website is horrible. It kept circling when entering payment information that my phone number was missing. Where oh where do I put it in??? I went at least 10 times trying to input it in where I thought it should be since the profile page is missing what information should be where, it only states “this field should be filled in” but with what????? What a waste of my time

Nothing works on the app now I can’t even login

I want to change the phone number linked to my account, but there’s no such option; I want to correct my birthday, but the birthday fiend wasn’t working. I wrote an email to the support email given by the developer under one review, but no one responded. What should I do?
