Using iPad to import and edit videos. The app is often switching between landscape and portrait mode ... That's aweful to edit correctly videos! Would be nice that everything is compatible with the landscape mode!

I love it overall, but one thing, it would be nice to be able to remove the music on AI edited videos.

below the minimale essential standards
The app lacks a number of very important features, essentials that every app should possess. For instance, it does not support Landscape mode, which is inconceivable for an iPad app and astonishingly has not yet been addressed. Additionally, an abundance of Chinese characters appear throughout the app, indicating sections that have not been translated. This alone significantly undermines the app's quality, especially for a company like Insta360. It's disappointing that the development team of such a prominent company would dare to release an app of this subpar standard. It falls below what is acceptably decent. Consequently, it's unworthy of more than a one-star rating in any app store, rendering any review pointless.
Good camera good app
Overall I am satisfied with the app. Very much missing: - Batch export / conversion of 360 videos - default export to 360 (not flat) - Export in the background - save export directly to files and not to photos - let me add stats, like a simple timestamp from the recording while editing / exporting

No landscape mode for iPad
This app only works in portrait mode because the devs are incapable of listening to user requests. The feature has been requested multiple times over the past 2 years, aways the same standard answers.
Horrible support
Constantly freezing camera and connection problems. Support team suggests only a reset. Nothing else.
External Storage
Can you add the functionality to import videos and Photos from an hard disk? I transferred a lot of files from my cam to my hard disk but now it's impossible to edit it

Une caméra qui répond absolument à tous mes besoins. C’est simple, j’ai viré toutes mes autres caméras : GoPro, Osmo, Osmo Pocket et tout le reste. Et avec tous les accessoires mis à disposition que ce soit pour faire du vlog, de la plongée sous-marine et je ne parle pas des perches invisibles de trois mètres qui offrent des plans complètement fous, cette caméra est un must have incontournable pour qui veut l’utiliser dans toutes les situations possibles et imaginables. Elle est définitivement dans ma poche...
