Great cameras, bad app
I have been using the Insta360 portfolio of cameras for more than a year now, and the hardware is really great for all types of recordings etc. However both the IOS app and the Desktop software really needs an overhaul and some dedicated UX people. Lately I have been unable to logon via the app, giving me a Network Error 1001 all the time, which is really annoying. So please give this some attention among your dev teams as without some proper tools to edit and export, the cameras are pretty much worthless.
Issue iPhone 13 update and lose connections
2 stars because of the bad sharing feature and huge issues with new iPhones. It’s confusing how often it’s lost connection and how hard it is to update this app on iPhone 13 and up.

A long way from polished yet. Nonetheless, it’s very impressive software/hardware.
App is OK, but drains battery
Work nicely with the Insta360 Flow, however not satisfied with how quickly it is draining the battery on my iPhone 12 Pro.

Pick work folder
Please make it possible to pick a folder to work from. I can’t keep all my videos on SD cards nor on my iPad, and I work from a SSD I connect to my iPad with USB-c, so please let me pick a work folder to open and work on my Insta360 videos from, before exporting. It would also be great to work with the iPad horizontal.
Confusing and terrible
What an absolute terrible app this is.
