the app simply blocks everything when you start a video and try to first check it without editing it. The forced instructions doesn't go away until you finish it. It's one those moments when you wish to crush your phone, that annoying!
I have a brand new X3 and top of the line Iphone and the app is slow and unreliable as hell.
Really bad user experience. After multiple attempts / setting changes and resets I can’t save any footage to phone library.
Complains iphone storage full when trying to export anything. Iphone has still 170GB of free storage. Bug that renders the whole camera useless. 1 star until I can do something with this thing. 2 months later STILL THE SAME PROBLEM!!!
The app fails to respect your selected notification settings, resulting in ads and other irrelevant content on push-notifications. Had to turn notifications off all togethed from device setting, which results in poorer user experience and limited functionality when actually using the app for edits and media transfers.
Years people have asking for landscape mode for ipad, but no there is too important to add all these useles things in app than actually improve it. Alleays aswer is that ” our technicsl group is on that ” if this teally took this long you should let your technicsl group let go👳🏿♂️ and hire people that can really make things happend.
I had Insta360 One X and now X2. X-version software was a lot more intuitive than this one. I have used this software version almost year and still missing the old one. X2-version drains the iPhone 8 battery instantly. iPhone 8’s display seems to be too small for software. Freezing and even sudden deaths. Insta-ads are annoying and no more private posts directly. From X-version’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟↘️ X2-version ⭐️⭐️ is not the best software developement.
Tried pretty much everything I can think of to get rid of the constant AND random export failures. The devs keep copy pasting the same ”fix” over and over that doesn’t actually help. Go read forums and boards and see the amount of export issues people have and decide if you want to try your luck with this product.
... when I have more than 30 Gb of local videos and over 128 Gb free space on my iPhone. Also exporting does not work at all times.
