I regret to install the latest version of the app on my iPad. It is almost not possible to change the aspect ration (reframing) anymore, since the option to do so is in the same spot as the iPad OS window menu. Always when I try to change the aspect ration, the window menu pops up instead, very odd to choose this spot vor this function especially when in the previous version all options used to be in one place, now everything is spread out… I wonder if the DEV‘s ever do a real word test of this SW before deployment. On the other hand, it is still not possible to export videos to Files, it always exports to Photos, which is especially useless when you are traveling and have limited bandwidth to sync to iCloud. With „Custom“ it is possible, but it saves it first to Photos and then you can choose a additional location. Very odd to me.

Please add possibility fix the angle (keyframe) on videos without flowstate stabilisation. I want to export POV video, where everybody can see, where I’m looking at the moment (up, down, left, right, how fast is it). Skydiving footage is almost impossible with it.

Sehr zufrieden, eine Zoomfunktion im Fotobereich und eine echt lineare Aufnahme (null Fischauge) wäre boch wünschenswert sowie direkte Übertragung Auf Macbook(ohne Handi).

Ein Kratzer du bist fertig mit der Kamera unbrauchbar du muss nach Hongkong senden und alle Kosten übernehmen mindestens Kratz festes lens machen geht bei denen nicht UNBRAUCHBAR!

Dear Developer, Unfortunately you messed up the export function (again…). Previously it was possible to set the view in the app and export it exactly like the view in the editor. Editor view = export view This is not the case anymore; so the mobile app is just a huge step back now. I would appreciate a fix asap - thanks!

The app has lots of options for editing and a natural steep learning curve but in my opinion a few things to be improved: - exported media should keep original date/time - when using the quick reader, every time I switch to another app need to wait for everything to be loaded again - the same app could be also available for desktop/mac OS as it would help a lot - export directly to Google Photos (in bulk) would be nice

Unfortunately I had high hopes for this app! However, I was very much disappointed! As it crashes more than it works! Especially when trying to control the camera through it (taking photos or videos). Often when editing a video, and while being in the middle of such process, the app disconnects from the camera, and I'll have to restart the camera and the app to try and connect again only to keep disconnecting afterwards. ** I'm using the latest software on both my insta 360 X3 camera and on my iPhone. ** I contacted customer service, only to be handled by what seemed to be a not very intelligent AI bot.
