I bought the insta360 x4 camera in UAE from virgin mega store but was not able to activate it, try connecting customer care but they didn’t replied till 4 days. And when they did it was all templatic message better to go with dji or go pro.
Every time they make a new update, it creates another issue. The app logs out when applying filters, then it just stops playing the video. It seems that they never check what they offer.
The new version is so bad and complicated, prefer the older SIMPLER version
Geez, the easiest way to edit and free perks.. not to mention the 360 degree camera, tiny planet really looks awesome.. even more awesome than my GoPro
Easy to utilize
Don’t know what is bad thing here. The camera or the app. Can’t see what am capturing at all. It just freeze. I have go 2 btw.

I literally rage quit this app. !!!!!! Just do not take my ability to go back or press buttons, because you are showing me a tutorial. This is frustrating beyond belief. I couldn’t use the app for five minutes because it keeps taking the control from me. Freezing and showing me a tutorial. You are trying to show people how to use it but don’t do that. Oh my God it is frustrating. !!!!!!!!!
