I use it to follow artists and keep up with friends. The downside is that my feed is littered with suggested reels that are toxic trash. It's like the algorithm is designed to keep you miserable and then feed you more memes about mental health and fake 'self improvement'. Also plenty of scammy ads. And Instagram using users data to train its AI. No way to opt out.

Раньше такого не было, сейчас начался показ рекламы через пост, через сторис, за 1 минуту я могу пролистать 10 реклам. Отправление жалобы на то, что слишком много рекламы - бессмысленно. Реклама так же показывается. Нажимаю "Слишком много рекламы" или "Я вижу часто эту рекламу" так же смысла нет. Думаю что если дальше будет так продолжаться и не решится эта проблема, то я удалю Инстаграмм.
