The instagram creator disabled my account and i need to get my account back please there are many accounts logged in to my email but i only need my personal account My email address have been taken by a person who I don't know him and today i recover my email address

Instagram’s “liked your story/comment/message” feature adds nothing to social interaction. Instead of encouraging real conversations, it reduces engagement to vague, meaningless notifications. What does a like even mean? Do they like the song, the outfit, the joke, or relate to it? It’s unclear and leaves people confused. Before this, users actually replied to stories, sparking real conversations. Now, it’s just lazy, hollow engagement and useless notification buzzing —“Yeah, ok… and?” Instagram should remove this feature and bring back real socialization. A simple tap shouldn’t replace meaningful interaction.

when I enter someone profile on instagram after i go out of the profile it automatically goes to the next reel I don’t know why also the content & reels i whatch are blurry you need to fix this issue in an update immediately before Tuesday 12:00 AM
