My account was hacked, and IG disabled it (it was 5 years)
In October 2024 my account as hacked, and they put 2Factor authentication. I could not log in anymore. Now I cannot even log in to my account, sent many request with my ID, passport, in the app, my 2 follower verified, but I don't get any response from IG team. And no any contact support. I haave been using it for 5 years, which I had beautiful memories. Elsewhere, now I cannot crate new account as well. I hope anyone from IG support can help me. Thanks
