Instapaper

There was a time when was possible to make epubs from articles within this app. Then it’s gone. There was a time when I had an Instapaper widget. Then it’s gone. I really want these functions back. Need some happy ending.

Dear Instapaper Team, I have been using Instapaper for more than a year on my iPhone, it has become almost essential for me. Therefore, it was with great sadness for me that the perfect Hungarian language function ceased to exist after the last update of the iPhone XS, and now it reads the Hungarian texts with English pronunciation. Thus the texts are completely incomprehensible. It reads correctly in other languages (e.g.German), so I have to think that you have not, or have not yet, adapted the Instapaper software for the Hungarian language for the iPhone update. My question is, do you intend to restore the readability of Hungarian texts on the iPhone XS or not? Otherwise, I consider the procedure that this change has not been notified by You to be very incorrect. As a multi-year subscriber, I trusted that You would continue to provide this Hungarian-language service in case of repeated purchases, so I purchased Instapaper a few days back for another year. - In vain! And I don't have the option to cancel my purchase (the cancellation link will lead to a non-existent page), although it is a legal requirement to cancel online purchases within 14 days. Amennyit eddig próbáltam a programot, azt hozza, amit ígér, szépen teljesít. Érdemes olyanoknak kipróbálni, akinek nincs nagy mobilinternet előfizetésük.

Nagyon szuper, mindenkinek ajánlom. Sokat tud. Nagyon kenyelmes hirolvaso.

UX was all fine, keep the app useable. App freezes, can't restart next time, even after update. You have to reinstall like every week. Shame.

Rövid ideje használok ipadet, sokat nézegettem a top appok listáját, ott leltem rá, és azt kell mondjam, megérte a kiadást.

Great App. Easy to use. Useful for long trips when you have not internet access.

I really like Instapaper, it makes digesting long articles a lot easier and you can do it straight from the web. Their interface is a little more user friendly compared to the original websites though. I can't seem to highlight singular words on websites themselves, but it works fine in their interface. Also, please add compatibility for tables and charts! Images work great but tables get really messed up.

I’ve been using this on and off for over a decade. Yeah, Pocket caught my eye and I was on it for a bit but I am back to Instapaper for good because it’s simply better. It focuses on what the user needs, not what can make the company money. Pocket harvests your data and makes you pay for text while showing you ads. Instapaper simply lets you save what YOU want to read later. It doesn’t tell you what to read. Doesn’t have a need to try to entice you into staying on the app in hopes you read a suggested article so they get a cut of the ad money. Their premium features are very few but worth it if you like them and they don’t nag you to upgrade. If Mozilla really cared about user privacy like they claim they’d have integrated this app into their browser rather than the other one which may look slick but doesn’t offer much. Speaking of looks, the minimal design of Instapaper is everything you need in this app. No need to complicate it any further. I love this and always will.
