CRASHING WHILE OPENING THE APP
It’s been 2 months now the issue is still unresolved (It’s my humble request to fix the issue ASAP
App keeps on crashing
Before my payment, app used to work like a charm. But now crashing every now and then.
Feature request
Enjoying the product so far, however I feel the premium version is not justified for the features it provides on top of the existing free version. The notes section can be better organised based on the folder the article was saved in and also clubbing notes from one article together for a quick review. Right now the link which has markdown code is not rendered correctly on the app and hence need to go to browser to read it. This is a major bummer
Basic Functionality Broken, Customer Support Unresponsive
I decided to try Instapaper because it’s somewhat cheaper than Pocket and also has a more native-looking UI. I also thought I could use some note-taking along with my highlights. But then I found out less than half the links I share through the iOS share sheet even make it to Instapaper. There was one day where none of my links made it. I emailed the support team, radio silence. This looks like an abandoned project, especially with the last update being over a year old. Oh well.
Text to speech
I paid for the premium subscription to get the text to speech application. To my surprise, it never worked. I tweeted, emailed and went on the support page. It’s been two weeks and no response.
Bring back Alex!!!!
From what’ve read on your update logs, you guys have disabled Alex voice. I miss his voice. Please put it back with next update. Love Instapaper.

Brilliant app!
It’s a great app specifically for students who follow Current Events (both domestic & global) on a daily basis. There are certain improvements that can be made to enhance the experience (hoping Instapaper takes notice of), 1. Multicolour Highlights 2. Option to add same article in multiple folders 3. One additional level of stacking of folders (to better group issue-based articles) 4. Combine highlights of one article into one note 5. Option to delete info in an article, which appears due to uploading errors (when added using chrome extension) for eg: Ads, time & date stamps 6. Sorting/ Rearranging articles within folders based on Name, Date Created 7. Highlights to be made visible in Print Folder option 8. Better Search Options to identify all related articles of the keyword searched 9. Option to add Note beside each Paragraph of an Article, to add a personal summary based on our understanding 10. Region-specific Subscription Fee Hope Instapaper works on these inputs! Eagerly waiting!

Developers are very responsive. Issues were fixed within a day. Keep up the good work.
