This app is a must-have IMO, but is a little long in the tooth now. 

The main issue I have with it now is that it’s slow to be shown on iOS 14’s Share sheet. I used to be able to quickly tap “Share” and tap Instapaper’s icon from any web page. Now, I have to open the Share page, close the Share page, and then re-open it in order to share to Instapaper. This is a real killer; this was a main way I queued content. Without snappiness here, this is restricting my usage of the app.

The text to speech feature could use some TLC (“74M” is read aloud as “seventy four emm” instead of “seventy four million”). I’d also love the ability for the Speak feature to auto-archive at the end of each article

It feels like scrolling has got a bit janky in iOS 14?

Overall, a great app, a must-have, just needs a fresh kick of paint!

Great app for reading web articles later. One recommendation to improve it would be to pay Google’s Wavenet to read the articles, rather than the mechanical “Lost in Space” robot they have reading articles now. I’d pay extra for Wavenet reading functionality.

Without doubt Instapaper is one of the best apps going around. Definitely in its own category. 

The app is already good but it just keeps getting and better. The latest release has introduced an improved version of notes which looks excellent. 

The fonts and display of the app is excellent. One of the key reasons why I use this app on a daily basis. Text just looks gorgeous.

Having recently come into some real competition, Instapaper stands strong as the very best way to read things you find on the Internet when you have the time. The new fonts are stunning and the night mode that automatically detects the time of the day is priceless. I've tested the app against it's competitors, one of whom managed to lose a whole chunk of text from the middle of a tutorial I was trying to follow! Integration with loads of iOS apps makes an invaluable tool even easier to use. Basically, if you need to save web pages to read later and want the best way to do so, get Instapaper.
