InstaPe is a Fintech headquartered at Mumbai for providing employees access to digital personal loans. InstaPe is a B2B2C Fintech wherein the employees of companies can avail affordable personal loans for 3 months to 12 months through a completely digital journey.

On the supply side, InstaPe partners with regulated entities like Banks & NBFCs and on the demand side it provides the platform for the employers and employees creating a unique ecosystem wherein:

1.Employers can set the rules and constraints
2.Set-up the limits for the amount that can be drawn
3.Lending partners can lend the monies to the employees

In summary, InstaPe platform can be customised to suit the HR objectives of employers.

Who can use InstaPe?

InstaPe is exclusively for employees of companies who have signed-up with InstaPe. This requires employees to be in full-time employment of the company and must be Indian residents. All the employees who wish to use the InstaPe platform must complete full KYC as per RBI guidelines.

Minimum repayment period: 3 months
Maximum repayment period: 12 months
Maximum APR: 30%

Data Security:

Data at rest and in transit is encrypted.
Customer data is stored and processed in India.
InstaPe employees do not have access to customer information.

InstaPe’s product is VAPT certified by a CERT-In empanelled auditor.

Data Ownership:

Users can request deletion of their personal information from InstaPe databases at any time.

Permissions needed:

1. Camera - Lending Organizations (Bank/NBFC) need a selfie to be taken by the user.

2. Location - The photo needs the present location of the user embossed on the photograph; thus location permission (coarse) is needed. Location access is only used for this purpose and is not used anywhere else in the App.
