No follow up.

It is a great app. Until something happened. Nobody help you, not customer service, not the team, no follow up no mail no nothing. You just have to wait. If it were a life and death situation someone could have die already.

2 times the credit card got into fraudulent transactions

It was a great card whereby i can get points from credit card as well as from instarem. however my credit card when i tag to the instarem, i got fraudulent transactions. i thought it was a maybe just a one time thing. so i ask for new 2nd instarem card and i put a new 2nd credit card and same thing happened. both are mastercards. is a great app love the points and credit card tagging but hassel with fraudulent transactions

Remittance in 9mins

Transferred money overseas in 9mins. Fast and easy transaction. But the transfer fee is high compared to other platform. Charge is 65% higher.

DEFINITELY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I have transferred more than 3 times small amount and at first very fast within a min I get my money transferred to another account. But when come to forth time use, my money not transferred and asking more and more documents. Chat with their Live agent 3 times, what they need I have provided and document has viewed with no issue, but just ask me to wait and wait and wait. Promised will get my money to transfer by end of the day, I have been waiting for whole night, even next day there is nothing. Very bad services. Till now I don’t even know will I get back my money yet SGD300.
