## Instashots Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worse app EVER!"
I have tried a few different AI headshot and this is by far the WORST! I set up my profile and used 8 good selfies as requested. When I went to create my headshot the first was a 70 year old woman.. I’m 38 and look NOTHING like the created headshot. Ok, tried again.. and the second was of an Asian woman.. I’m Caucasian. It was awful and a waste of money.

### *---- "Limited and bad outputs"
Head shots look fake and some even cartoonish! Waste of money!
-- faresalqabralmuqadas, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Misleading App- don’t fall for it"
Very Disappointing and Misleading App
They want you to pay $8.99 a week with no free trial, which already raises a red flag — how am I supposed to know if the app even meets my needs before paying? It feels like the developers care only about money, not about building trust with users.

I decided to give it a chance for one week, and I deeply regret it. The app forces you to upload 8–10 pictures before you can even submit anything. I did exactly that, paid $8.99, and found out those 10 headshots only count for that single week. If you want to upload new photos, you have to pay another $8.99 the next week.

The whole setup feels misleading and greedy. The app gives the impression you can freely use your uploads, but that’s not the case at all. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and I definitely do not recommend it.

### *---- "Buyers Beware: NOT GREAT"
AI generated pics do not exactly look realistically resemble me. At all. Keep your money.
-- thatnumbersguy325, 2025-09-08

### ***** "Bad app bad customer service"
Upon unsuccessful attempt to address the trial version got a discounted price deal for full app usage beyond trial and this was no different after using two headshots it used up 10 headshots for the week first off it was only 2 and second thing is that this is a full version not a trial version and shouldn’t cap at 10 shots . Anyway called Apple customer service and got the money back . Feel like they could do better both in customer service and making app better but doesn’t look like that’s happening with the way customer service is. Then I did a yearly account for 31$ and after 2 headshots it said 10 headshots limit met . When contacted again no communication back to fix it . Pathetic . I posted a 1 star review and it won’t take it so giving a 5 start review with this comment it’s 0 star pathetic app and the customer service
-- Ask endow, 2025-09-07

### **--- "Unrealistic headshots"
The app generates headshots that look far from the actual person. I’m a plus size person, and output is always a slim or a slimmer structure face which creates an image unrealistic. For the price, it’s disappointing.
-- CEO.MAMA.2.0, 2025-08-28

### ***-- "There are limits only 7 a week"
I signed up for a week and there was a limit of seven, which I didn’t know about When I look at the $30 a year packet. I have no idea how many are allowed
Nowhere, where do they have details of their memberships
-- AnimeHorses123, 2025-08-23

### *---- "Not as expected"
While it appears good on the surface you can only “train” the App with the first pictures and they don’t look like me (or the photos I uploaded) for one thing - they add hair to my bald head - all of them. Not with the $8.
-- Cardenuto2, 2025-08-09

### ***** "Amazing"
This app is actually fascinating it does a really good job when u post a picture of your self, it makes it really professional I would definitely recommend
-- mexndi, 2025-08-04

### ***** "Great!"
I needed a professional headshot for my LinkedIn and decided to give Insta Headshots a try. I was genuinely impressed! The process was fast, super easy, and the results looked like they came from a high-end studio. I didn’t have to schedule a shoot or spend a ton of money—just uploaded a few casual photos and got polished, professional-quality headshots back in no time. Definitely worth it if you need a quick upgrade for your online presence. Highly recommend!
