I have the Instax 2. It will not connect to my phone anymore since the IPhone update. I’m realizing online and through ChatGPT that this is a common problem. Fuji doesn’t keep their app updated. So frustrating. I have a perfectly good printer, full of brand new film, that I can no longer use! -- KBL25, 2026-01-30 ### *---- "Don’t try on your phone" I spent an hour trying to connect my printer to my iPhone, however no matter the troubleshooting I tried it wouldn’t connect or print. Luckily, I was able to connect it to my iPad and use it for some odd reason I have no explanation for. You’d think that if a customer spent $100+ on an item no matter how old it is, Fujifilm would keep it updated and usable. But no, the latest/last update completely blocks your printer from being used. It shouldn’t be this difficult to print and use this product/app. -- Aashler, 2025-12-21 ### *---- "App needs an update." I paid for this fuji film printer hoping it would last a while. However it only was short lived. The app no longer allows me to print any of my photos despite the information on the download page saying it was compatible with my iphone. We are now on IOS 18 not 11. Please update the app. -- Yrlly, 2025-07-23 ### ***** "Amazing" I’ve been using this since I was in 6th grade. I am a sophomore in college now, it’s been super reliable and has been the goat. I love it and will be w me till I die 💓 -- ?Nice, 2025-07-17 ### *---- "SP-1 no longer supported" Haven’t used the printer in a bit but have a few prints left in the printer and thought I’d use them up. But the app no longer supports the SP-1 model. That’s extremely disappointing that I now have this expensive piece of equipment with an expensive cartridge I can’t use! I’d give this one star if I could. -- Iu97Alum, 2025-06-24 ### *---- "No updates" My iPhone used to connect to the printer with no problem. Now it seems that is no longer the case. With the constant update in iOS, there should be an update to this app so it continues to work. Now my printer is a piece of junk unless this app gets some updates 😡 -- Roxxy124564, 2025-06-18 ### ***-- "Love it but needs update for new iOS" Been using my instax for years and I love it. Recently upgraded to the new 16 pro max and now the app doesn’t work. Please release an update for the newer phones -- Keedah43, 2025-04-19 ### **--- "Sudden need for password" This is such a bummer. I’ve been using this app and printer for YEARS after receiving it as a gift. I’ve been able to use it with no issues until this week, when it suddenly started requiring me to input the password. I never had a password. If it WAS set up with a password a decade ago, I have no idea how to retrieve that. There are no “forgot your password?” Options. I tried “1111” and all other options I think of to no avail. I have NEVER needed to input a password and didn’t even know that was an option. Now I can’t print at all, which is kinda devastating as I was going to print some pictures for my friends going away present this week. Absolute shame, it was great while it lasted. -- LJ1895, 2025-03-31 ### *---- "Love to hate" I still love my printer but I can’t connect to it anymore and print…. Please update the app so I can print my photos. I have reached out to customer service but no replies. -- Rachpoo, 2025-02-25 ### *---- "not connecting" i haven’t used my printer in a couple of months and today that i tried using it i’m having difficulties with connecting and when i go to pick a picture it says i can’t use the picture im choosing it’s very frustrating and i hope there’s a way we can fix this problem -- ilovetuna28, 2025-02-13 [View all instax SHARE reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## instax SHARE Discovered Keywords -
