I do not know we only see the complaints and the people that are satisfied with the app and are very fond of it, never take the time to write about it. Well, I am not going to be one of those people. For those of you that complain about privacy, I am going to let you in a little secret, if you are using a cellphone you are being tracked all the time! By the cell provider, Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, so if you want to have complete privacy, get rid of your cellphone and stop blaming the insurance company of tracking you. Second of all, the application to keep records of your driving is VOLUNTARY! You don’t have to activate it if you don’t want to! Anybody taking the METRO, is recorded by at least 10 cameras, so if you want privacy move out of the city and go and live in a cave, no internet, no cellphone, no mail, etc.
As far as I am concerned this application is fantastic, take the opportunity to go through all the information that it provides you and you will appreciate how well it has been written I highly recommend that you install it for me it works fantastically, great application from NBC Insurance!

C'est assez mal conçu. L'app ne nous demande pas si c'est nous qui conduisons, elle choisi pour nous.

À nous d'aller le changer et valider après chaque déplacement.

Des fois le déplacement n'apparaît simplement pas... ou apparaît après plusieurs jours. 

Pis ça donne l'impression que les utilisations à 3 étoiles sont plus souvent mises de côté que celles avec des 1, 2 étoiles.

Bref, vraiment pas convaincu de l'éthique et du fonctionnement de cette patente là

Par moment ça me dit que j’ai freiné trop brusquement alors que sur le cell à mon conjoint, pourtant dans ma meme voiture, ça lui dit que tout est 100% parfait !! Parfois je suis dans une zone à 50km/h le week-end mais 30km/h sur semaines et si je roule 50km/h parce qu’on est le week-end et bien l’appli m’enlève mes points pour avoir dépassé la vitesse permise alors que ce n’est pas le cas!! Quand je suis dans le triffic je garde toujours mes distances avec le véhicules en face de moi et je freine assez doucement mais l’appli concidere que je freine trop brusquement….peut-etre parce que ma vitesse est très lente…?!?!? Sinon ma fille a mit de la musique avec mon cellulaire deux fois et l’application n’a jamais voulus que je sélectionne que c’était le passager qui avait touché à mon cell !!! Assez choquant!!!! Bref, il y à plusieurs lacune!! Et je crois que ma conduite est beaucoup plus sécuritaire que ce que l’application veut me laisser croire!! Ah et il h a une fois ou un autre véhicule est venus couper la voix directement devant moi alors là oui j’ai freiné plus brusquement mais ne pas avoir eu se super reflex c’est là qu’il h aurait pus avoir collision voyez-vous!!!!!! Ça prends parfois un mois avant que mes trajets apparaissent sur l’appli et donc je me souviens pus quand j’étais passager ou conducteur !!!! Plusieurs bug

Est-ce que nous sommes bien inscrits à l'assistance? Nous avons 85 et 83 ans et nous ne sortons pas souvent c'est pourquoi on ne se sert pas de l'application souvent, de plus mon époux est toujours conducteur car je n'ai plus de permis. Lorsqu'il conduit c'est toujours moi qui se sert du cellulaire. Nous demeurons dans un RPA et nous avons tous les services. Merci de votre compréhension
