Insync Consent Reviews

Buggy as hell

Used to be so good. Easy to use etc. Now I can’t even send a simple consent form without being kicked out while using it half way through. Update from a few days ago doesn’t seem to have fixed it. It’s been happening for months

Not much good

A good idea in theory, but totally useless in practice. Won’t let me send the forms to clients!! Also would be good if you could send things by other methods eg text, WhatsApp etc. Will stick with Jotform!

This insurance causes client harm

Having been in business for over 26 years. Unfortunately I have for the first time had to claim my insurance for the very first time as my business premises completely flooded. This company have done absolutely everything in their power to avoid payment for loss. Over 3 months have gone by with numerous phone calls, emails etc and still they require more information. Many things should have been discussed prior to the sale of the policy to ensure adequate coverage. The stress this has caused has caused extreme client harm. It has been so stressful, I still have no outcome. I just wish I hadn’t chosen this company for insurance cover

I was using Faces and thought In Synch was similar however it doesn’t seem to have the same features. For example I can’t send consent forms to new clients, it only stores the ones I’ve already registered on faces so therefore I haven’t continued to use it

Really pleased but some small changes really needed

I was pleased to get an email from my broker about this app as I had to keep changing who I used for online forms. So far it's working really well aside from a few issues. I really like that it saves your clients so all their forms and info is in one place and its not hard to find. The forms were slightly tricky to create and more customisation would make it smoother. You can only add text boxes with yes/no tick boxes. It’d be good to be able to add just text alone in different parts of the form. Also to have the option to customise the tick box answers so they don’t just have to be yes/no. You can’t save the forms as a PDF in the app, you have to do it on the website which seems a bit weird. It’d be much easier if this could be integrated with the app as I like to keep them saved elsewhere as a backup. For me as a tattoo artist, I need people’s photo ID and there is no option to make upload of ID compulsory. A lot of people don’t read instructions which state on the form they must upload it so it really needs to have the option to be made compulsory as it’s a big issue for me in my profession and I don’t have time to be chasing people for it all the time. The app is also aimed at beauticians/cosmetics and it would be nice if there was some forms/aftercare specifically for tattoo artists as a template in the app. Other than that it is great. I really am hoping some of these points I’ve made are implemented, especially the compulsory ID upload as it could be a dealbreaker for me.
