## Integris Mobile Banking Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "Statements"
Monthly statements should be accessible and printable from the app.
-- Achieve better service, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Worst banking app I’ve ever used"
Worst banking app I’ve ever used always has errors
-- 112383736210, 2024-11-18

### ***** "Service"
Love the accessibility 😀
-- Ruthhoof, 2024-06-19

### ***-- "Online app"
The Integris online app hasn’t worked on my phone for months. Any change it’s going to get fixed soon.
-- Rosie-A1, 2024-05-30

### *---- "Not great"
Lots of bugs with the app, force shuts down when it tells you that it needs an update, so you have to go in through the App Store to do so. It clears my quick view settings often and doesn’t usually ask for my face ID even though I have it set up. It does what it needs to, sometimes, but it definitely could be improved.
-- Becka717262, 2023-08-03

### ***** "Best Credit Union in Northern BC!"
Amazing company to bank with! They are constantly improving and finding new ways to make my online banking more accessible and easier to understand. The credit union as a whole is just incredible - from there amazing tellers who are always so friendly and helpful, to the executives that really do Live/ Work/ Play in and for the community.

With all the craziness in the world on banking, I’ve never felt safer because I’m at Integris! Don’t walk - RUN over and experience the “From Here, All In, For You” motto they have.

### ***** "Best banking app"
I have been using this app for years and finally it is updated and it is way better than a few other I have used or know of people using currently the new look and where things are just fabulous
-- Workwithbenpowell, 2023-01-11

### **--- "Slow and buggy"
The ICU app has what I need for my financial transactions; however, it is slow and buggy, often hanging up or stalling on a logout screen.
-- SilverHilton_PG, 2022-12-05

### ***-- "Integris app"
For the most part this app works well, but I really wish it was set up for face recognition.
Typing in my PAC every single time is a royal pain.
-- A Weinard, 2022-07-22

### **--- "Needs improvement"
Glitchy app, everything from making me re-submit e-transfer transactions and deleting my bill payee info (and restoring previously removed payees) , to taking sometimes upwards of two days for etransfers to come through.. which is not good if you’re in a pinch. If the connection is slow, the app refuses to work at all.
