## IntegritiMobile Description
The Integriti Mobile App packs a powerful punch of accessibility and control for your Integriti security and access control system. With the tap of a finger, this innovative App allows remote operation of your Integriti system from anywhere in the world!

Integriti Mobile has been designed with ease of use in mind, focusing on intuitive navigation and a rich graphical interface. Features of the App include:

• Connect to a Controller using the free Inner Range SkyTunnel service for easy connectivity or connect to a Controller or Server by specifying the relevant IP address
• Monitoring and control of Areas, Doors, Inputs, Auxiliaries, Auxiliary Lists, Action Lists and Automated Tasks
• Creation of background maps with icon/widget overlays
• A range of widget icons are built-in
• View live and historic system events (access granted, alarms etc)
• In-built help at each screen displays useful information relevant to the screen you are currently viewing
• Advanced timing control of Doors and Auxiliaries
• Can define multiple system configurations
• A whole lot more!

Integriti Mobile supports multiple App operators - share the same iPhone or iPad amongst friends and colleagues with individual login’s to display personalized maps, widgets and settings. Furthermore, sophisticated security measures ensure that an App operator must also exist in the Controller or Server they wish to connect to. App operators can only view objects according to the permissions of the matching user. The end result is a state of the art secure and flexible solution for remote control.

Whatever your schedule, the Integriti Mobile App empowers you to take charge of your security system wherever you are.

Please Note: Since Integriti version 20 was released in May 2020, the Integriti Mobile App no longer requires an Integriti controller license or Integriti software license. It's now license free!

## IntegritiMobile Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Poor app"
Not a very good app.
Costs money on top of licenses already purchased.
Not easy to use for sites with more than 1 controller.
Can’t recommend it
-- O Dawgs, 2021-04-20

### ****- "Works very well"
App works very well however when connecting to a single panel it would be good if you could remove the unnecessary option to select a panel every time you go into areas/ doors etc... understand it is needed if there are multiple panels when connecting to an integriti server but it is redundant in a single panel setup.
-- Wally123a, 2018-01-03

### ***** "Need Installer Version"
Great app customers love it. Would be nice if there were an installer version for us to remote connect to our customers while on the road to fix minor issues and run diagnostics without having to pull out a laptop for CS.
-- TheAlarmGuy, 2015-05-08

### ****- "Easy to use, works well!"
I'm very happy with this app, it does what it says and I use it to look at alarms as well as control doors and arm our office. Our security guy set it up for us initially and he put in the maps of our office. It's easy to use and I have even put in my own maps. Each page has a help button which is useful and I'm glad they did that. I would recommend it because it's pretty simple and it's great being able to see what's happening at our office wherever I am.
-- NattyC, 2015-03-19

### *---- "don’t forget the required $250 licence"
yep, this app needs an additional licence - not exactly publicised, and no one from IR mentioned it.

what a clunky and poor app - no installation or help files on IR website, no help files on the app itself and IR tech support knows nothing about it other than “it should be easy to install and setup”

IR shoots themself in the foot by shoving products out into the market and not knowing how to support them, or having any documentation to install it. Lame.
-- nahwaymate, 2015-01-27

### *---- "Don't upgrade"
New app always crashes. Don't upgrade!
-- Onthehouse.., 2014-05-31
