App was okay then I deleted it. Now that I have downloaded it again, I am having difficulties login in it keeps asking me to deregister on my old device yet I AM USING THE SAME ONE! It is literally the same phone same number and everything 😒

This app was decent until I lost my phone, now I get my new phone and accounts back, it wants me to deregister, what do I do when the old phone was lost, can’t I verify with my phone/id number?Please make a way to verify when registering a new device😕

I love this app so much… i have been using it since 2020. It was most convenient to withdraw from it without a card on the merchant…🙏🏼 I also like how quickly it is to reset a password… the opt is sent i immediately… keep up the good work support team👍🏼🦾

My app has not been working almost for a month now. When I log in it just turns grey no option no nothing. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it again but nothing. It is becoming hard for me to see my funds and do transfers.

I dont seem to have the scan to pay option and my app is up to date
