Not everyone can receive an SMS all the time
Despite having face recognition on the app and having authorized my browser on my laptop for 30 days a knew I would be away from a phone signal for a while. Then 2 days later the only option I am given for logging in on both devices is via SMS confirmation. I can not message because the only way I am allowed to do that is by logging in, which they won’t let me do. So despite using the correct login details and having facial recognition, they let me have access to the service I am paying them for. Other companies provide no phone network authentication, such as authentication apps or recognising your device. Very unhappy about not having access to my funds because ii can’t mange to recognise the owner of the account without a phone network.
Very useful App
I use the ii App almost every day to check on my investments. I like it very much.
Non payment
It took a bit of time and numerous messages on the app but the issue was eventually sorted out satisfactorily. The app itself is very simple to use
Access to second acct
Our family has two accounts. One for each of us. BUT I can only access one of these on my iPad. I have to go to another machine to log into our other account. WHY?
Timed out far too soon
Not enough time to research funds and shares.

Landscape view for iPad
So much development downtime for this app and still landscape view has not been implemented for iPad! Fundamental functionality and design philosophy. Ridiculous that this simple view change is not available. Clearly not responsive design and development.

The ii platform is an easy to use pension consolidating tool with a good help desk to keep your transfers on track.
The ease to view investments and the updates to product are useful to the DIY pension saver.
Great app
The app is so easy to use. It’s clear, concise and easy to navigate with access to all important documents. All at a fixed monthly price making it head and shoulders above the competition.
Gilts
Big fan of your service, I recommend to friends.
As a suggestion, More Gilt info would be most helpful, regular yield to maturity info would be great.
