## INTERAMERICAN medi ON Description
Μedi ON app is provided exclusively to insured clients of INTERAMERICAN. To activate the application, use the unique password that was sent to your email or your mobile phone. If you haven't received the password, despite the fact that you have a health insurance policy with INTERAMERICAN, please send your request by email to medion@interamerican.gr, with the following details: Name, Surname, Policy Number, your Email Address and your Mobile Number.


With Medi ON app, you can check your symptoms easily and quickly, any time, wherever you might be. In case there is a health symptom that concerns you, you can get a reliable initial assessment of your health condition.

By utilizing artificial intelligence, Medi ON app addresses targeted questions to assess your symptoms and respectively advises you whether you need to see a doctor and whether your case is urgent or not. The app doesn’t replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In case you believe you might have a medical emergency, please call your doctor or the Emergency Medical Services as soon as possible.


In addition, Medi ON app enables you to connect directly to INTERAMERICAN Health Line (1010) and communicate with a doctor either by chat or by phone. In case you want to communicate with a medical professional, you can send the report created by Medi ON to the doctor of INTERAMERICAN Health Line at the touch of a button. In this way, the doctor will have a holistic view of your health condition.


Your answers are confidential and secured, and are not transmitted anywhere. You can get analytical information on how Medi ON processes your data, at the application's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.


Medi ON is compatible with Apple's Health app for integration of vital signs.*

Μια αρκετά καλή και σχεδόν αναγκαία εφαρμογή ειδικά τώρα στην περίοδο που διανύουμε!!! 

Εύκολη στην χρήση και με απλές ερωτήσεις μου έβγαλε σωστά το αποτέλεσμα από τα συμπτώματα μου, σε αντίθεση με άλλες εφαρμογές τέτοιου είδους.

Το app με εύκολες ερωτήσεις βοηθάει ώστε να έχεις μια πρώτη εικόνα για το πώς πρέπει να κινηθείς βάσει συμπτωματολογίας. Από μια άσχετη αναζήτηση στο Google, είναι πολύ καλύτερο & δίνει προσωποποιημένη πληροφόρηση χωρίς φυσικά να δίνει ανεύθυνα μια τελεσίδικη διάγνωση. Ιδιαίτερα αυτόν τον καιρό, διευκολύνει στη διαχείριση του φόβου και του πανικού που προκύπτουν πιο εύκολα απ´ ότι συνήθως.

Δεν κάνει login με τα credentials που ήδη έχω από άλλη υπηρεσία. Όταν ζητάς υπενθύμιση κωδικού εμφανίζει σφάλμα «μη έγκυρος χρήστης». Στην επιλογή δημιουργία λογαριασμού ζητάει έναν άγνωστο (αριθμητικό) κωδικό πρόσβασης.
