There is no way to record the designer and customer interactions. There should be a chain of record like on email. This chain should cover the conversation happened and Commitment made at each stage. Example if customer raised issue about tandem size observed on other projects than that record and how it is resolved should be recorded somewhere. A lot is shared in Whatsapp which is not official.

The designer, person in charge, and coordinating team are performing very poorly. If required, I can provide sufficient evidence to substantiate this. The way matters are being manipulated and presented is concerning, and several decisions appear to have been taken without applying even basic practical judgment.
It is also concerning that the Project Manager’s resignation and the subsequent change in project management were not even communicated to us. Such major changes should have been formally informed to all concerned stakeholders.
