I’m so grateful for this app keeping me on track

Great fasting app

This is the app I was looking for—a simple fasting tracker that is private! The only feature that I’d like to see is being able to start and stop the fast from my watch. Keep it up!

Awesome app

Really loving this app! It does everything needed without all the junk most others are doing. Simple and uncomplicated. That is a value that is unmatched by most on the iTunes Store. My only wish is that you could end the fast on the iwatch app.

Exactly what I was looking for!

All I wanted was a fasting timer. I don't need someone telling me I failed if I didn't go the whole 18 hours. The reason (one of the many reasons) I love IF is I can be flexible with my time, which I need on occasion. So, thank you!!!

I downloaded endless fasting apps only looking for exactly what Serene provides; A simple fasting timer. Thank you for not complicating things and developing this app that allows one to make time adjustments.

This app is absolutely free and runs even when your phone goes off.I don’t know what we did to deserve this but I’m forever grateful.
