I’ve messaged the app people repeatedly but no response. I’m paid and sent them proof but the app removed my membership status. I don’t know what’s happening. Maybe this will get a response.

Auto renewal subscription terms:

They killed Internations
Zero events now that they changed the rules
some profiles seem sketchy
I signed up to meet like minded people and preferably local ones who live away from their birth place but it seems like there are a lot of fake profiles. Either bots or scams. No Linkedin, but want to share their gmail.com address right away…

Love that most people here are decent folks.
Need More Uptown Events
A good group of multinationals for networking. One drawback for me are the location of venues.
They don’t accept new members
Even I gave all the true information about myself, they didn’t approve my membership. TWICE… What a waste of time… Deleted already…
Don’t join!
Internations is a shady org. They make it very hard to cancel your membership and will send threatening emails for not maintaining a current credit card on file. This is a scam organization that provides next to no service (they rely on volunteers in country to organize things) and tries to lock you into payments with the inability to get out. They don’t even let you downgrade a membership, which shows you how shady they are. If you’ve already joined, I recommend canceling your membership right away, before they turn into a a debt collection agency (which seems to be the only actually paid staff they have).
