I really am quite surprised with how I feel even after just one week. Just goes to show how bad my diet was! The guilt associated with eating is so ingrained after 25 years of trying to manage my weight.
This plan is quite liberating. I know it's only Week 2, but I do feel sooo much better already. Being allowed to incorporate some champagne too is just the best! 😉
