## in.touch 2 edition Reviews in United States

### **--- "Junk"
Half the time it doesn’t know what the temperature is and doesn’t obey what you set it to.
-- KRMMusic, 2025-08-30

### **--- "Temp control! There is a trick, it works!"
The slider doesn’t work, to control the temp. Don’t use the slider, click on the circle and slide up and down to control the temp. Wow. Finally.

But No instructions. Terrible guys.
-- Bnh.Sah, 2025-08-30

### *---- "Terrible"
Horrific functionality can’t even get my spa to show up. Trying to set it up for the first time is an absolute nightmare.
-- Conwaï, 2025-08-26

### *---- "Broken"
Most recent update broke temperature control slider
-- BJT20862, 2025-08-24

### *---- "Temp adjustments"
Seems like latest update has cause the temperature adjustment to be very sensitive to find the exact spot on your device
to adjust
-- Temperature 1, 2025-08-18

### *---- "Temp control slider broken and connection unreliable"
Temp control slider broken. Does not drag, so unable to change the spa temp from app. Also, their cloud setup is unreliable. Sometimes the spa is connected other times it’s unreachable. Super random. And now the temp control slider is broken.
-- 1esotericdude, 2025-08-18

### *---- "App just quit with solid blue light"
The app only read error said rebooting with solid blue light. I tried MANY times trying to reboot the unit and reinstall the app. Not working. No warning for other issues. Very frustrating!
-- yummy911, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Slider temp control quit working"
I have an iPhone 15. I have been using this app for many years. It's slow to load and sometimes doesn't ever load, but now for some reason I can't adjust the temp. My work iPhone 13 still works fine. I tried rebooting everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, still not working. Please help.

### **--- "Works sometimes… Buyer beware."
This app along with the hardware has worked intermittently for about three years. It usually took me at least a minute just to adjust my spa temperature. First the app crashes, then you open it again. Then it reconnects… Then you get an error that it’s not connected. Then you click retry. And then you have to shut down the app and reopen it. And now since the latest update it takes me about 3-4 minutes to adjust the temperature up or down on my spa. You have to press the big temperature button in the middle of the app and then frantically try to swipe up or down on a slider on the left before the slider disappears to control the temperature. Literally need to do this about 100 times to get the temperature up to 95 or back down to the lowest setting at 52. And it’s not a connectivity issue… The lights and the jets work perfectly every time from the app when it’s not crashed… it’s now just the temperature control function in the app when it does manage to work. Somehow it’s actually getting worse. And it was terrible to begin with.

I made the mistake of putting the top side controller in another room with the spa equipment because I figured I could just control the spa from the app. Don’t make that mistake.

### *---- "Temp can’t be controlled w/update"
My In.touch 2 was working very well until the App update 2 weeks ago. Since the update the hot tub temp can no longer be controlled. The temp slider appears, then fades and disappears before the temp can be set. The most useful function of the in.touch 2 system is now unusable.

To the developers, please revise the code so that in.touch 2 will resume working with my Master Spas Twilight hot tub. It is only 14 months old!!! The temp slider was never a great design. Up and Down buttons would be easier to use, just like on the topside control.
