Har for nylig installeret robotklipper og in touch app, men synes der mangler noget. Kan f. Eks. Ikke indtaste kode og dermed få gang i robotten via appen.

### *---- "Mistet forbindelse mellem app og robot"
For ca. 1 uge siden var der ikke længere forbindelse mellem app og robotplæneklipperen (1150). Indtil da har det virket upåklageligt. 

Til trods for utallige forsøg på at genskabe forbindelsen er det ikke lykkedes. Jeg har nulstillet, genstartet og fulgt vejledningen til punkt og prikke, men intet har hjulpet. 

Jeg har app’en på en iOS 17 enhed. 

Hvad skal jeg gøre?

### *---- "Umulig at opsætte"
Har forgæves forsøgt, at skabe forbindelse, til vores robotplæneklipper. Men må konstatere at opgaven er umulig. Man kan oprette forbindelse til den, men der etableres forbindelse til vores wifi. Dette lader sig overhovedet ikke gøre. Jeg er svært skuffet over både vejledningen, samt hvor besværligt det tilsynladende skal være. Har indtastet vores wifi navn og kode osv som beskrevet men stadig intet.

Status fik langt om længe adgang, men nu vil app’en ikke fungere, og skriver at der er en fejl. Fejlen er at selvom jeg indtaster kode, sker der intet man kan simpelthen ikke bruge app’en

It could be smart, when you can see in the weather forecast that we will have a cloudburst tomorrow, that you had the easy option of asking the Robot to wait 24 hours before driving again. In other words, postpone the next haircut for half a day or a full day. So you don't have to keep an eye on when it will run next, and then interrupt it (-:

### **--- "Smart hvis det virkede"
Jeg havde glædet mig til at få koblet min Solo by Alko til appen. Desværre lykkedes det ikke og har opgivet efter mange forsøg. Jeg kommer til trin 2 og fanger fint maskinens wifi, men appen vil ikke videre til trin 3. Jeg har en iPhone 12 og har nyeste opdatering.
Jeg har måtte oprette mig vis en Samsung telefon og kan nu logge ind på min iPhone. Appen er vist ikke konstrureret til Apple, men håber det kommer.

Der er hele tiden problemer med appen. Efter seneste opdatering, der efter Alkos eget udsagn skulle løse problemer med stabiliteten, er appen blot blevet endnu mere ustabil. Jeg kan nu slet ikke se mit produkt og appen er ubrugelig.

### *---- "Har store mangler"
Jeg skriver nu endnu en anmeldelse, da AL-KO ikke rigtig får rettet op på app’ens issues, eller rettere sagt: de får rettet op på nogle problemer, men ødelægger så andre dele af appen. I skrivende stund er deres hjemmeside også gået ned, så der er nok nogle ITansvarlige, som ikke helt lever op til deres ansvar.
Få nu testet rettelser ordentligt af, inden I sender dem ud.

Min anmeldelse i 2020:
AL-KO inTouch appen virker langt fra færdigudviklet, så den har en del ‘bugs’. Både små og store fejl og mangler. Det er lykkedes mig at tilslutte Robolinho til WIFI og jeg kan også styre den via inTouch appen, derfor 2 stjerner. Min robotplæneklipper (1150 W) har ikke regnsensor, men i appen kan jeg slå regnsensor til og fra. Hvis robotplæneklippereren har et problem, så får jeg ikke en push besked. Der er en del oversættelsesfejl. Der er lavet en dummy robot i appen, hvilket er en god idé, så man kan afprøve funktionerne. Problemet er bare at opsætningen i dummyen er forskellig fra den rigtige. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte AL-KO i DK, men får ikke svar tilbage. Derfor en anmeldelse her i håb om, at fejlene bliver rettet, da jeg er super glad for Robolinho 1150W.

### ***** "Er app under opdatering? Funktioner forsvundet"
Er app under opdatering? Jeg har build 4.7.1.
I dag forsvandt fanen i app’en hvor man indstiller klippetider m.v. Knap for fjernbetjening af maskine (start, stop) virker heller ikke. Ikon for at sende maskine hjem er også forsvundet. 

Håber I får det op at køre snart igen.
