I despise this app. I am forced to use it periodically and it invariably takes 5 minutes or more to get to the information I want.

Worst ever
I can’t download or copy my K-1 so I can send it my accountant. Help how to pages are no help and give instructions that don’t work. I have to reset my password every time I want to look at my document not every 365 days. This site is not user friendly and very frustrating to work with.

System did not recognize my Password. My efforts to change were interrupted by your marketing. Most unsatisfactory. Shall I call RGC Longview every time I want a report?
