## Intro Reviews in United States

### ***** "Amazing"
Intro allowed me as a non technical founder talk to someone inside their world which is hard to do if you know nothing about it! I got the insight I needed and validation
-- Ultraviolet10, 2025-06-25

### ***** "Great App"
Best App to connect with Experts
-- Sultan Almaadeed, 2025-06-11

### ***-- "Nice app burns my phone"
Great conversation, glad I was able to have the opportunity and access. I had a 15 minute call and my phone overheated and shut off midway through. It’s was seriously hot to the touch. Thankfully I was able to reach out via LinkedIn and finish the call with the expert. They also have had phone overheating issues happen multiple times. His phone was hot as we spoke because of the call.
-- G4Jis cool, 2025-06-02

### *---- "Audio problems on the end of the expert."
Audio problems (tech issues) on the end of the expert
-- MaroVelasco, 2025-04-25

### ***** "Wish I had thought of this"
If you need an expert or if, like me, you are a voice in the wilderness, Intro will bring you into the light! See the light! What a great idea. Wish I had thought of it.
-- SuperjockJeff, 2025-03-26

### *---- "Lazy Call with Andrew Chen"
My call with Andrew Chen was an awful. Right away, it was obvious he hadn’t even glanced at the pre-call notes and he was late. The conversation was beyond lazy and disrespectful to founders who pay $2500 for 30 mins.

Most of the call stayed at a surface level with no depth. Given the stage of our business, it just wasn’t useful.

We asked for a refund just for this call (since the others we’ve had were great), but they refused. We even reached out to one of the founders and got completely ghosted.

I get that it’s tricky since Andrew is their lead investor, but if you’re paying for access to top-tier advice, there should be some quality control. Instead, the platform hides behind restrictive terms and poor customer service. That won’t end well for it.

Intro Team—reach out when you’re ready to make this right.

### ****- "App works well"
The app worked great and it was fun meeting with an expert. I only wish I could have had a way to share the floor-plan of the room we were working on. I feel like it could have helped me work through my issues easier.
-- Jwright's, 2025-01-08

### ***-- "App suggestion!"
The app needs to be a bit flexible in allowing accidental logouts during the calls - things happen!
-- should not ask for nickname, 2024-12-23

### ***** "Well worth the time and investment"
I had a absolutely amazing experience speaking with an expert on intro.co. I highly recommend searching through the experts listed and finding one that has a successful background within a industry or within a area of business in which you are seeking advice and guidance from.
-- FounderSocialCrush, 2024-12-20

### ***-- "Not great for design calls."
It’s hard to have a design call where you can’t show pictures and share your screen. The app froze as well.
