Интерфейс уходит вниз
У меня iphone 14 pro max. Интерфейс приложения уходит сильно вниз и вверх. Неудобно. А так купил годовой пакет за 17000 рублей

Опыт работы с автоматизацией: 3 года. Организация: продуктовый розничный магазин с большим ассортиментом. +: 1. Интерфейс. Многие функции интуитивно понятны. -: 1. Поддержка чисто для галочки. Отвечают быстро, но не по сути, часто шаблонно. За 3 года не решили ни одну серьёзную проблему, с которой обращались. Все заканчивается на «мы передали ваше сообщение тех.команде». Локальные представители и вовсе отвечают редко, чаще просто читают сообщение, и отвечают когда уже не актуально (от пары-тройки дней, до месяца игнора). Понимание своего продукта процентов на 20%. 2. Программа откровенно сырая. Очень много недоработок. Слетают данные, программа лагает, подвисает и закрывается. День, а то и больше, работы просто улетает в трубу. 3. Тех команда не понимает домен, с которым работает. Очень много не логичных, не продуманных сценариев. Например, если ваш магазин закрывается после 00:00, то на главной странице аналитику по прошедшему дню вы уже не можете посмотреть. Она просто недоступна. Нужно лезть глубоко в документы. То есть, вам нужно либо закрываться раньше, чтобы успеть все подбить, либо потом долго и муторно вытаскивать эти данные. 4. За 3 года еще ни разу не сошлись по цифрам. Например, система автоматически плюсует те суммы, которые числятся в долгах, ровно через месяц. Этой суммы в кассе нет, следовательно, касса не бьется. Это всего один легкий пример. Так же ситуация, когда долг вернули. Лишняя сумма в кассе. 5. Бедные возможности аналитики.

Отличная товароучетная программа. Всё понятно, доступные цены, чат поддержка на высшем уровне: отвечают быстро, решают оперативно. С этой программой я знаю остаток, точную прибыль, себестоимость товаров. Есть различные отчеты для документации, очень удобно.
Coffee People
Неделю как приложение заглючило. Корректировки не синхронизируются, остатки и учёт вести невозможно. Тех поддержка не работает нормально, за неделю вопрос не решили от слова СОВСЕМ. Приходится аврально искать другое ПО
Ужасное обновление
Цифры и детали стали на весь экран, крайне неудобно!!! Также нельзя быстро прослмотреть сумму продаж за месяц, за квартал надо теперь это все вручную вводить! Верните старый дизайн
