While you’re in the middle of taking a picture or typing in notes it will just log off. The worst app I’ve ever used!!!

The competitive pricing models are not always very reliable when it comes to the “real world” . I suppose that can be attributed to the size of the number of vehicles in the comparison. Smaller sets with large standard deviation are the most skewed. AI will fix everything from what we’re led to believe??

Why, in the year 2,024 of our Lord and Savior, can we not keep our inventory app from crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME?? It’s going to drive me to absolutely drinking!! Do better Inventory+

App used to be great. Now you can’t even use it without being logged out ever second. And logging in as a new device every single time. We are leaning towards different inventory management tools now.

Your app is constantly crashing and always saying "log in expired", is a log in session supposed to last 60 seconds? It's counterproductive and aggravating to say the lease, makes managing our inventory when on the go really difficult, is that the best you can do?

They changed authentication process to solara now the app is unusable by my sales staff you are kicked out every time , during use, it’s horrible def changing to Vauto

Used to be a great app. For the past few months it has become unusable. Every time you try to use it it will make you log in, not just that, but it will log you out each time right in the middle of using it. It will also not save your information and can lead to miles reporting inaccurately and/or photos not saving. Stay away! It will make your life more miserable than it will help.

This app is incredibly useful. Has all the right things. Unfortunately every single time I’m using it I’m being kicked out and have to sign in again. I’ve made sure to not be signed in on desktop. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing works. I don’t understand how dealersocket and cox automotive haven’t remedied this yet, seeing how they’re such a large company with such abig financial backing, these things should be fixed. Great app, horribly maintained.

With the latest update the app crashes randomly. When you are out scanning vin numbers and booking out vehicles the app will crash causing you to lose your data on the most recently appraised car. Then to make matters worse it won’t let you log back in. It wants to open your safari web browser and make you verify something. If you wait a few minutes then it will start working…until another random crash. Uploading pictures of vehicles is nearly impossible. You can have 30-160 pictures in queue and this app will crash and POOF your pictures are gone. It is a good thing we save them on our phones before we transfer them to this ridiculous app. A strong cellular connection or wifi connection make no difference. This used to a excellent application but since the Mulitfactor Authentication update along with the other current updates….. Well, it is unusable. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Update: problems seem to be resolved with the most recent update. The multifactor authentication may need to be rest by calling into support on some instances but, once that happens everything works as it should.

This app is way too useful not to function properly Cox Automotive It’s too big of a company not to take care of this issue. This app makes the day so much faster. Please make it work. It’s useful is needed.
