Effectively plagued by the same issues as the Investec banking app. This may be an iOS specific issue but either way - the Dev team needs to pull their socks up.

Arguable the protest travel app I have ever used. Not only does it not work and kick you out but has zero UX or UIX sensibility. Who the hel on is dragon pass? Get some proper developers and designers on board. I am disgusted that INVESTEC Bank has partnered with you!! The app never works. So many people forced to use it are complaining and it is difficult to access, use and apply the benefits which are not listed. Again an app that is supposed to serve you and make life easier and all it does is throw up obstacles and dysfunction!! Fail!!!

If you are a frequent traveller this app won’t enable you to another lounge in a different airport if it within 3 hours. The app itself is moody and more than three times I’ve been denied access at a lounger and it’s only been 2 months 😭😭😭😭

Terrible ux. Investec has two memberships. You have to constantly switch memberships to see what's available. The app should just show all available lounges. Locations aren't saved either. And then a more general point about Dragonpass. Its a much much crappier deal than Loungekey.

Easy to load memberships and the app is simple to use especially if you are in a rush at the airport.
