Opay Funding issues
Transactions keep saying pending
Redemption taking forever
I successfully invested my funds but when the time for redemption came, it took about a week against the 24hours redemption promised. They didn't even recognise there was a glitch till I sent mails and did several follow ups. I'm disappointed by their service! Imagine if the funds were needed for an emergency? Just terrible!

It’s over 4 days now and my KYC status is still on pending .. WTFFFF
It’s taking forever to verify KYC
